Tower® Residential Sealant is proprietary polymer technology designed for use with the Tyvek® Weatherization Systems. Has superior adhesion and durability with greater than 800% elongation. Easy to apply, this sealant forms a flexible, durable, and watertight seal that exhibits long-term superior adhesion to construction materials. Once cured, is mildew resistant and exceeds the requirements of; Fed. Spec. TTS-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C-920, Grade NS, Class 25, and ASTM C-834 type OP, Grade-18˚C; complies with AAMA 808.3. Tower Residential Sealant is an all-purpose residential sealant recommended for use with all house wraps. Meets VOC requirements for all states.
